Problems receiving the newsletter with email accounts including Hotmail, Yahoo & Gmail ?

Email providers have very strict guidelines for SPAM protection to help protect you from unnecessary rubbish in your inbox. However it's easy for newsletters to get caught up as spam as well. Occassionally the Money Saving Master e-newsletter may get sent to your junk-mail folder.  Worse still the newsletter might not get through the spam protection at all.

To ensure you receive the newsletter please add the following email to your contact list or safe sender list: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Hotmail/Live - click on "windows live mail" in the dropdown box in the top left hand corner.  Then type in "allow email" in the search box. Then click on "block or allow messages" and follow the instructions.

Many company IT departments have strong spam filters so it's quite common for email newsletters to accidentally get stopped by the spam software. Simply ask your IT department to put " This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it " on their safe sender/White List and tell them you need to receive the newsletter for important product research!

We will never send any spam or share your details with anyone else.  We will also never send out those annoying emails full of useless promotions.  That's a promise.  Give us a go - you can easily unsubscibe if you don't like it!

How do I know I've successfully registered for the newsletter? Back to the top

Firstly you will receive an email to confirm your subscription - click on the link contained in this email. A second email will then be sent to you to confirm that you have successfully registered for the newsletter. If you don't receive the registration email see "I didn't receive an email confirmation".

When should I get my first newsletter? Back to the top

We currently send one email on the last Friday of each month. You will only receive the email after you have clicked on the link in the email confirmation we send to you as soon as you register for the newsletter (see below if you did not receive this). If you don't receive the newsletter, check that it's not in your trash or spam folder. 

I didn't receive an email confirmation? Back to the top

Firstly check in your spam/trash folder or any spam filtering software you may have - it may have ended up there (for more details on stopping the newsletter from going to your spam folder read "Problems receiving the newsletter with email accounts" above). If you require another confirmation email to be sent, re-enter your email address in the newsletter sign up box and follow the instructions. Finally, you can check with your ISP to see if it's filtering out any emails at that end.

Some older email software makes the newsletter unreadable. If you can't read the newsletter in your email, click on 'view previous emails' which is located on the blue email sign up box on the home page.
